Coffee Table

We've recently restored a sentimental coffee table, which had been made for our client by her grandfather. We did this in a sympathetic way to keep some of it's character that gave it the history of it's life, whilst reviving it to a far more aesthetically pleasing piece of loved furniture.

Grandfather Clock

A grandfather clock was another one of our projects, this was given to us as pieces in boxes! Wood worm had settled in to the softer areas of wood, so it was thoroughly treated, then pieced back together like a jigsaw puzzle! Some parts weren't salvageable, so we made new pieces to replace these by replicating the original parts, then stained them to blend in. Our client was delighted when he received his cherished grandfather clock back as one piece again.

Internal Door

We even refurbished an internal ledge and brace door, which was slightly past it's best! The clients wanted to keep the period original door within the property, so to give it a fresh new appearance it was discretely covered with new bespoke handmade beaded panels secured to the original front – quite an impressive difference in appearance was met.
